Lost or damaged packages

Order Issues
Order Confirmation

Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact support@bondpickleball.com to modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Order Processing Time
During normal business days, orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation. During holidays and promotions, additional processing time may be required.

Return/Exchange
If you need to exchange an item you purchased, please contact support@bondpickleball.com within 30 days of receipt of the item to arrange a return/exchange. Please ensure the item is in original, unused condition and has all original tags and packaging. Return/exchange shipping costs are at your expense and we recommend using trackable postage to ensure safe delivery.
Return the Goods
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product. Customers may begin the return process by contacting us at support@bondpickleball.com
Please ensure the item is in original, unused condition and has all original tags and packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and we recommend using trackable postage to ensure safe delivery.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
Customization Precautions
Custom or specially made items may not be returned/refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
