As much as we'd love to, we can't cover the everyday wear and tear, any "extreme paddle makeovers" (user mods), chips on those edgeless paddles, or the natural ageing of graphics. Plus, if you're looking for a whole new paddle, please feel free to browse on our planet.

Here's the Scoop:

Our warranty covers any pesky manufacturer defects, missing parts, and craftsmanship issues for the entire lifetime of your paddle. All you need to do is register, and you're golden.

If you encounter any issues with your paddle, please follow these steps to reach out to our team at support@bondpickleball.com for assistance:

1. To expedite the processing of your warranty claim, the original order number is required. This will help us locate your purchase and provide better assistance.

2. Describe in detail the issue you are experiencing with the paddle. Be specific about any defects, damages, or performance issues you have noticed.

3. If possible, attach relevant pictures of the paddle. Including close-up shots of specific areas of concern will help us assess the issue more accurately.

By providing your order number, a detailed description, and supporting pictures, our support team will be better equipped to understand and resolve the issue you are facing with your paddle.

Our warranty is all set for paddles in the United States. We're here to help you out but keep in mind that Bond Pickleball Inc. gets to be the judge on what's covered and whether we're repairing or replacing the paddle.
