 Where Do You Ship From?

To better serve our customers, we have our own warehouse in the United States also setting up factories and warehouses in Asia. The selection of the specific warehouse for shipping will be based on factors such as inventory availability and the customer's delivery address.

 

Can I Know the Shipping and Delivery Time?

The shipping and delivery time depends on your destination. We will begin processing your order within 24 hours after order confirmation. Non-business day orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. The estimated shipping time for your order is typically 5-7 days.

Please note that holidays, promotional events and custom pickleball paddles may result in extended order processing times. 

 

Do You Provide International Shipping?

Currently, we have covered 29 countries. our logistics and shipping network does not cover certain countries due to challenges such as transportation requirements, geographical conditions, policy restrictions, and other factors. We are actively expanding our shipping coverage to meet customer demands and provide comprehensive global shipping services.

Please be aware that international shipping may involve longer transit times, and customs duties and import taxes may apply, depending on your country's regulations.

 

Do Your Products Include Tax?

Our product prices typically include taxes. Tax rates vary by location and are subject to applicable regulations.
